Baseball/ Softball Training Facilities Eligibility Guidelines

Eligible:

- Facilities whose main business is athletic instruction or sports training
- Risks which conduct their instruction primarily indoors and with qualified supervision
- Risks which hold camps and clinics must also have a primary indoor facility
- Retail sales of athletic equipment
- Facilities with staff trained in first aid and CPR

Ineligible:

- Facilities that have more than 25% of their pitching machines coin operated.
- Buildings over 25 years old that have not had their roof, electrical and plumbing updated
- Any risk with go-karts, rock climbing, bumper boats, driving ranges, mini-golf etc.
- Risks with any cooking (with the exception of microwave) done on the premises
- Businesses with absentee owners or managers or managers with less than 3 years experience
- Facilities that are open 24 hours per day
- Risks undergoing major renovation or those in the course of construction
- Risks that are currently in bankruptcy or receivership
- Risks that allow any beer, wine or liquor on their premises
